Large room size, pretty efficient getting checked in. Liked the location.
Negatives:
There was not a blow dryer in the room and I called to front desk to get one, no one answered after several attempts. I walked down to the front desk, waited in line (seemed like there wasn't enough staff) and they said they would have someone drop it off at the room. I never got a blow dryer, it wasn't left at the room. Seemed like inefficient amount of staff at front desk.

Awesome location and beautiful hotel. The hotel is central to downtown Syracuse, so everything is within a 15 minute walk which was very convenient. The staff was extremely friendly!
Negatives:
There was no do not disturb sign so housekeeping knocked every hour on the hour starting at 8:30am. The room could have been cleaner. The toilet also wasn't functioning when we first arrived, but my husband was able to fix it.
