Positives:
The hotel doesn't seem to be clean, in our case, my wife and a baby we had to go out and in again through a side door to get to our room, that door wasn't working right, we had a hard time to get in.
Negatives:
The entrance is not ok for a family, and the breakfast which is included is a disaster, there's not even fresh coffee.

There were ants in the room. The pillows were not changed out or cleaned. You could smell the sweat of the last person that was in the room before. Sure stated there was a pool, it was not available. We didnt even stay the night in the hotel we left at 8

I didn’t like how the side door didn’t lock at all anybody could’ve came in and out. The price was absolutely ridiculous. I had a whirlpool tub in the room that dripped all night. The tub handle was broken, and it was scummy. The bathtub in our bathroom had hair in it and the room smelt musty.

Superb
Positives:
A great location for an event at the nearby State Fairgrounds. I got the exact type of room that I booked and paid for, and appreciated the pet friendly policy of the hotel (with an additional $15 per night room charge for doggo). Room was clean with basic personal care items provided.
Negatives:
The property could use some maintenance and upkeep. i was there during rain and a lot of the public areas had buckets catching the water due to roof leaks. Small things are broken like the luggage cart, a wheel fell off while using. The vending machines (owned and serviced by an outside company) needed to be filled. Nothing major that would discourage me from staying there again.

They made me pay $50 extra for a jacuzzi that didn’t even work. Lots of noise. Looks like people live there and aren’t there just for vacation. Staff was not helpful at all. He was pretty rude.
