Quality Inn & Suites Fairgrounds

Negatives: First room had very outdated jacuzzi tub that leaked and had a broken faucet.The disturbing mirrors around the jacuzzi tub were all smudged.The toilet was running constantly.Moved to another room that was just as bad.Price was over $---/night!Just awful!!

Negatives: Service could be better as staff did not know what they were doing. None of the amenities worked properly.

Negatives: No elevator

Negatives: The hotel Is old. My duvet had a hole in it.

Negatives: I didnt like the unauthorized use of my debit card . Still waiting to receive my $50 deposit back

Negatives: Outside was dirty around entrances with debris and cigarette butts, rooms were dirty, card access entry points were not locked after a certain time.

Negatives: Wallpaper peeling. Felt dirty. I should have paid the extra $30 for a good hotel.

Negatives: We asked for housekeeping to come, and that did not happen. When I called again, we were told they would be up in 10 minutes which actually took an hour and a half. When they arrived, they left without removing the garbage or taking care or the bed. I called booking.com to adjust my leaving a day earlier, but received notifications that the property was unresponsive to calls and emails. When I spoke with the front desk, as suggested in the notifications, they said that they had no calls or notifications from booking.com. They did honor our request to change our departure date, but there still seemed to be a disconnect between the property and booking.com. Breakfast was also not impressive. Also, there was no remote control for the second TV in our suite. We were told someone would return with a remote, but no one came. When we reminded them, they brought a remote that didn't work. Also, the room keys had to be replaced three times as they only worked once. Also, property is located in an industrial area with trucks, and automotive businesses not next to any restaurants or greenery, very dingy.

Negatives: Bed sheets and blankets had blood stains, there was hair in the bathtub, the curtains would not close on the window therefore anyone could look into the room from the outside, the microwave had a foul odor to it, key cards did not work for the room I stayed in, I had to walk back and forth to the front desk to get the guy to use his master key so we could get into our room. There was very limited things for purchase, the toaster wasnt working properly.

Negatives: The property really needs a renovation. They could also do a better job with the landscaping. The whole place was weeds

Negatives: A bit run down. Ceiling tiles hanging down in the breakfast area. There was a problem with our toilet and a valve kept whistling all night. Had to get up multiple times to get it to stop.
