Breakfast was good, friendly workers there.
Room was decent, but smaller than I expected for the price. We've stayed in larger, less expensive rooms in the past at other hotels.
Negatives:
Didn't like that even though there was a parking garage attached to the hotel and assumed it was not an additional charge, we were charged $14 for the parking.
Small shop for drinks, snacks etc in the hotel was a little over priced. $4 for bottles sodas and water, around $10 for a small ice cream bits tub. But it's on the spot stuff, so I get it somewhat. but $2 mark up on drinks.

Location location location! Walkable to many great restaurants and close to the amphitheater for Uber or driving. Breakfast was decent as well.
Negatives:
Street was very loud until 2am. The hotel room itself would be nicer if it was cleaner... there was red sauce on the walls all down the hall on almost every light switch. The chairs were had so much dog hair on them we wouldn't sit on them even though we love our fury friends.
