Positives:
The day & night front desk gentleman were amazing. Remember them from last year. They are always kind and great hosts.
I had a great stay last year and came again. This year was still ok (renovations happen) .
Negatives:
The lady Sunday night (not so much) was on her phone talking to her friend most of the time. Felt bad for always interrupting, but then again, she was front desk.
Lots of renovations on the entrance 3 that were not fun while coming in and out during the week, but they were gone on the weekends.
The 1st day, I thought a septic tank broke because it smelt a little fowl, but it was gone the next day.

Positives:
The location was good. Across from restaurants was convenient. The staff was great when 12" of snow fell and I didn't have a shovel. They had one and I was able to shovel my car out.
Negatives:
Our room was comfortable, but VERY dusty.

Everything. The room smelled like cigarettes in a NON-smoking hotel. The room next door had a barking dog all night long. The room was dirty, garbage left in the room, the bathroom was filthy like it wasn't cleaned prior. I do not recommend this hotel

Room was clean and stocked, nothing missing or broken. Room had functioning AC/heat. Room smelled neutral. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Negatives:
Lobby was under construction and did not appear to be compliant with regulations for worker and customer safety--but still open. No smoking signs were posted but hallways had very strong smoke odors.

Terrible neighbors. Drunk, drugs and extremely loud until 3AM. Smoking in their room which got into ours. Walls are so thin (noisy) that it felt like they were in our room. Someone knocked and asked them to be quiet but it didnt help.

Plenty of hotels in this area. Pick a different one. Dont be fooled by the low price.
