There was a nice lady and older gentlemen who were great. The young lady who checked us in was sweet understood (I was just discharged from surgery) Neither of us had money in our checking but we had cash. Couldnt get to our banks she waived the fee.
Negatives:
There was this one employee who sat in the office while I was standing waiting on her instead she made me wait twice. paid the same price for a double as Ii had to add another day she forced us to move like 12 hours after having a stent put in my kidney

No place to plug in our CPAP machines near the beds. I do not like the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. Anyone could have put anything in them and I will not use them.

The hotel felt a bit far away from most entertainment (stores, restaurants). This certainly did not downplay the experience we had, but to be noted to anyone who may not have a vehicle at their disposal.
