Charges security deposit and must be on a credit card. Now I have to wait a week or more for the money to be returned.

Was a bit disappointed the pool was under repair, however they mentioned we were allowed to go to the hotel across the stree. A bit inconvenient in the cold of January. But we managed, my granddaughter would have been disappointed if she didnt get 2 swim

Very basic. Exactly what we planned
Negatives:
There was no heating in the room. We arrived late, checked in and went to sleep. Having set the thermostat I figured the room would heat during the nigh. We woke up to a freezing cold room. Very disappointed

The maintenance and housekeeping didnt care for the front desk

I had bugs in my room and they didnt care and refused a refund

This was my second visit and the staff is always very friendly and efficient. They have a wide assortment of items for breakfast. Coffee and water available in the lobby. Free parking and WiFi.

The hotel is great but they also had a group of young hockey (8-9yrs) players that ran up/down the halls & many were unsupervised at breakfast. At check-in they had a sign posted, "No athletic equipment or playing in the building." I should have known!

Room was nice and clean, staff were polite

Breakfast on Saturday was scarce everything needed refilled and took a long time to get refreshed. Also on our second night, the whole floor (except us seemingly) was a hockey team - incredibly loud and playing in the halls. Parents were not supervising.
