The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's in a great location, but the best thing was the fireplace on the patio!

The pool was closed, and there wasn't a lot of breakfast choices and it kept running out so we had to wait until more came out.

The pool wasn’t open and when we arrived our room wasn’t ready along with a bunch of other peoples rooms. The lady behind the desk was Kurt and rude. She could have been much nicer but perhaps she was dealing with some rude customers prior to us. In the end we only waited about 20 mins for the room.

There was a hockey team that had the kids playing hockey in the hallway, pucks and boys banging off our door. Parents and kids having pizza and drinks in the hallway not moving to allow people to get thru, the staff did nothing. There was an entire room they could have had that they gave us last year - that would have given them space for this. They were partying until 3am Saturday night and know that multiple people our cheer team traveled with as well as others complained.
There was two towels and they said they had no more clean. The pool was not open. The staff barely spoke and was never out at desk. Overall- worst experience ever. If ur going to allow this hockey team to act like that and take over a hotel then you should alert other patrons. As a coach myself, of youth cheerleaders and a mom who did travel baseball and basketball with my son- I’d be mortified if that was our team. Teach your kids respect. And staff- when they are breaking railings and dropping water bottles over the foyer- do something.
