Hotel has great customer service. Beds are super comfy and very clean! There is a pool and a hot tub but be aware we had to book to use it in advance , you cannot just go anytime you want. Still the room was great and there was a microwave in the room.

I would do it all...

we didnt like that the rooms were old and not updated. the a/c would make so much noise every time it went on. we heard so much noise down the hallways and walking/stomping above us all night. my 5 year old daughter was with us so this affected our sleep. she was excited to try the little spa pool. however the chlorine smell was SO strong, that I was scared for her skin to flare up after we coul not stay in long due to that. it felt dirty in there. the floors by the pool were SO wet and hazardous for her I was nervous of her slipping. the restaurant staff were so nice, the waiter was so super friendly and the food suprising good but the feel of the “restaurant “ is just blah.

Positives:
We liked the location, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It has a nice lobby with complementary hot tea, and flavored water. The rooms have a small microwave and very small refrigerator (small square shaped).
Negatives:
The description of the hotel as having a spa with spa products in the room is over rated, at least for a standard room. There were bulk “spa” shampoo, conditioner, and body wash on the wall of the walk-in shower, and the pump for the conditioner either didn’t work or it was empty. I was looking forward to a spa-type soaking bathtub but there was no bathtub at all in our standard room (#PH32). But the worst part was that there was only one electrical outlet to charge our electronics, and zero USB ports. There were two electrical outlets in the base of the desk lamp but they didn’t work. Not having any electrical or USB ports bedside is almost unheard of these days, except at this hotel. That said, it was clean enough, it was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator, tiny as they were, and we made due with the one electrical outlet to charge our electronics.

Positives:
The hotel is nice inside I loved the hallways and artwork on the walls. Overall it was a very pretty place. The restaurant food was delicious.
Negatives:
The shower water was freezing and I asked them several times to fix and it never was . It was especially annoying because half the reason I was there was to finally take a hot shower after a month without due to a water heater problem in my own apartment . It was also freezing in my room in which they gave me a heater for which was nice . I also tried to go to the salon and it was completely closed .
