very dirty, very rundown, rued staff, no towels available! had to use hand towels... hot tub felt slimy very very dirty. when we complained staff got very rude said the room was clean and when we debated it we were told to leave without a refund of a $1000.00 five hours from home. it was by far the worst experience my family has ever had! it was my daughters sweet 16! not a memory I wanted her to have. I will be contacting the better business bureau. I also feel like we should be refunded!!!!!!!!!!

The location was convenient to our needs, the rooms were large and well laid out.
Negatives:
The entire facility is tired. Wall paper peeling off the walls in the hallways, broken furniture in the room. Missing or damaged silverware, plates, pots and glassware in the kitchen space. The entire hotel feels like it hasn't been maintained and it's obvious in both the public spaces and the rooms.

Was charged and it was supposed to be cancelled and I payed for another night March 2..and on March 2 I did not get the correct room..Wifi did not correctly..I did not enjoy this years stay at our favorite hotel
