We have stayed there several times when traveling from Ohio to S Carolina and were always satisfied. A nice enough place and convenient for an acceptable price. Aaron at the front desk was super nice and helpful.

This time we were very disappointed with the king suite. I think due to redecorating last year. In a decent sized room, for some reason they placed the king bed right up against the air conditioner when there was plenty of room to put it more in the center of the room! Neither of us wanted to sleep with the air blowing right on us. Seems like really bad design!!!! With Aaron’s help we moved to a 2-double room so at least we were away from it, but still that air unit kept kicking on and off about every 5 minutes all night!!! I think this is called short-cycling and possibly a sign that it needs cleaning. The outdoor temp was probably around 45 at night and i had to set the heat thermostat 64 to be even somewhat comfortable. It’s a shame this place has gone downhill. I have recommended it to several friends but won’t anymore. But the front desk staff tried to please!

We stayed in 217 the room next to us played music for over 3 hours super loud from 1230 am till almost 4 they were extremely loud and my toddlers did not sleep, I called management they said they would advise but it never stopped

The room is a good size. You don't feel cramped. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was decent - and it is free! Staff were friendly and helpful.
