Positives:
One of the drivers (very tall) was exceptionally well mannered and insisted to open my door. He gave good travel advice, too and it really mattered. Breakfast was good and ample- thank you. otherwise good experience of a tasty breakfast. The staff in restaurant seemed to work hard to please and the front desk folks were very pleasant.
Negatives:
The bathroom tile and shower basin probably needs a good bleaching. It looked soiled and unclean. That was the only problem with my room which was nice and fresh feeling. One of the drivers (very tall) was exceptionally well mannered and insisted to open my door. The other, not so much. Breakfast was good but I would have liked stainless steel cutlery because the plastic stuff cheapened an otherwise good experience of a tasty breakfast and made me feel like a polluter instead of someone dedicated to recycling and gentle on earth policies. A toaster was not operating well and did not toast the toast. Perhaps that's been fixed now.

Nice clean property. Only 8 years old . Free shuttle which we used a few times each day…shuttle ended at 9 pm. Less than 10 minute shuttle ride to downtown.
Loved the use of real dishes at breakfast…better for the environment than standard styrofoam found at most hotels.
Breakfast better than average…bananas, apples and oranges available as well as the usual options

Oh…lots of dogs too! Didn’t realize this when booking but very nice to see they welcomed dogs.

The bathroom door had been damaged by a pet, the toilet set was cracked, the bathtub facet was loose, and needed to be fixed, there were bleach stains on the carpet in the hallway, and the brakes on the elevator when getting off on the 3rd floor need to be fixed. The free breakfast was ok, but nothing to write home about.

Clean, well lit parking area, free shuttle, breakfast, the indoor pool was very clean and warm although seemed like a little too much chlorine the children loved the swim. Our room had great heat and air conditioning quiet! Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and extra pillows! Will be back to stay if ever in the area again.

The hotel was almost new and very comfortable. The name is a little misleading as it is not in the River Arts district at all. Rather, it was on a hill next to Interstate and there was very little places to walk. If you went anywhere you had to go in a vehicle although the hotel offered free van service to downtown and River Arts which we took advantage of. The staff was excellent and friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was very comfortable, although ours looked out on the roof and the air conditioning units. (Not a great view.

The view from our room was bad. We would have liked a location that was within walking distance of downtown or River Arts. The one elevator was often very slow.
