Room was clean and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was pretty standard , but did have variations for the 2 days.

The location was not close to the center of town. The hotel ran a shuttle but it stopped at 9pm.

Getting to and from the hotel was an awful ordeal. Everyone complained about getting lost repeatedly. The staff did as little as possible to provide customer service. The shower curtain wasn't long enough and water got everywhere. I wouldn't recommend staying here at all.

All staff members were pleasant. Overall, the room was nice.
Negatives:
With parking only on sides of the building, access with luggage/parcels was difficult.
Single elevator was slow and shook.
No towel bars and toilet paper roll was mounted in a very difficult location.
Although the staff knew that the toaster was broken, nothing was done to correct it over our 3 day stay.
Being picky, but only strawberry flavored cream cheese was offered.
The coffee tasted like dishwater.

Location was ideal for us. Liked the setting with multiple restaurants and healthy grocery in same plaza. Staff very warm and personable.
Negatives:
Nothing outstanding. Wished the exercise room had sanitary cleaning spray for the equipment. I would have gladly wiped down after use.

Room breakfast and value were all fine and shuttle to from downtown is a definite plus.
Negatives:
NO signage to hotel at all. Directions very bad and place was hard to find. Lack of anything nearby also.

Shuttle service was a plus, but description said “downtown” however the front desk was reluctant to deviate from a set of predetermined drop off points, even though my destination was 3-4 blocks away and no one else using the shuttle. Person at desk, difficult to understand (language/accent).
