Positives:
Very peaceful, beautiful location. Lots of things to do.

There was nothing we did not like. Enjoyed everything.
Positives:
Breakfast was great! I was just curious what "Very good breakfast" meant but I understood when I was there. I think Breakfast included price is worth it when you are traveling with your family. They have a chef who is making you an omelet to your selection and Belgian-style crispy waffle. We were really happy with our stay.
Negatives:
I don't have any thing to comment on what I did not like. Maybe the pool was not attached to the main hotel so you had to drive there. Most of the services are paid around the hotel and they don't have deals for you to get discounts. They are separate entities.

Room was clean and location was good.
Negatives:
Booking was done for 2 adults and 1 kid. But the hotel said they have booking for only two adults. We also had to ask to change the room as the room had no balcony where as they say all rooms have balcony. Finally, the alternate room was missing a few basic amenities like microwave and exhaust in toilet.

The staff in checkin went above and beyond. He was sooo helpful. The entry is lovely. Great value for us.
Negatives:
Rooms are somewhat dated but not in a cheap way. I liked it. Overall you can tell that this was a great hotel and is now lost some of its Shiney, but it's still solid and feels high quality.

comfortable room, good location with easy access to everything by car. Not great for walking. They were having a bluegrass festival so the hotel was full of musicians and there was a lot of music!!
