“breakfast included” only means you get a credit to use at the restaurant or room service. but then you are paying tax and service fees out of your credit. then the hotel forgot to put the credit on our exit bill so we had to call to have it adjusted.

The staff provided stellar friendly service, the meals were great with attentiveness to food allergies and the room had excellent amenities. Our stay for Christmas Eve was outstanding.
Negatives:
Did not like an open menu for Christmas Eve dinner was not offered at the Red Stag Grill. The four course meal was too much food and expensive. Compared to Christmas morning brunch with open menu and the meal was excellent.

I requested a 3:00 PM check-in time.....I was emailed the day I booked the room that was agreed to and they approved this request. We checked in around 2:30 PM and had to wait in the lobby until 3:50 to get a key to our room. Very poor service!!!! The downtown locations is very noisy with car, truck traffic. Also someone reset the A/C controls in my car, I think they were setting in it sometime during the evening, these settings due not change on their own. 2020 Porsche!!!!

Beautiful large rooms, wonderful linens etc. Mattress doesn't mask movement from one side of the bed to the other, but was very comfy! Ate at the Red Stag, restaurant in-house, and it was delicious. Staff was lovely and welcoming, atmosphere is really cool.
