I’ve probably stayed here 70 nights over the last 6 months. In Boone, probably the best hotel of their class. Beats the Quality Inn, Hampton Inn etc. Great breakfast and good staff. Highly recommended

The hot tub was not at the temperature to be considered a hot tub, it seemed more like a warm tub. Our sink faucet was very loud in the bathroom, the shower was squeaky, our toilet clogged and when I tried to call the front desk, our phone did not work. There’s only one elevator for the entire hotel so you have to wait a bit to get on, unless you want to walk to the other side of the hotel for the one set of steps.

The hotel is beautiful and blends well with the lovely mountain setting. The room was roomy and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. There is a little market where you can get snacks and drinks and OTC meds.
