Positives:
This room was super comfortable and the bed was amazing. I woke up Monday feeling so well rested! Beautiful views as well!
Negatives:
I could heat every drawer open either in the room next to me or above me... which was awkward, but that was it. Also...towels. they give you big towels but no washclothes which was weird. Everything else was great!
Positives:
location
Negatives:
maids only cleaned rooms on 3 day schedule.... towels, wash cloths, toilet paper by request only and the guest had to pick them items up..... NO customer service..... friendly staff was only thing positive about the place... carpets were dirty

Positives:
Very friendly staff. Nice location.
Negatives:
Bugs in the room. Shower slow to drain. Hallway and stairwells smelled like marijuana. Dog feces in the parking lot. Fire alarm went off one night. Door key mechanism to my room stopped working and I had to wait for it to be fixed.
Positives:
Nothing. I had a horrible experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Negatives:
Upon arrival I noticed a strong and overwhelming chemical fragrance smell. It was as if someone had emptied an entire can of air freshener in the lobby attempting to cover up smoke and animal odors. I waited 5 minutes at the desk for someone to come out.
Positives:
Front desk was fantastic
Negatives:
Cleanliness
Negatives:
The room, especially the bath, had dirt in the corners, looked rundown.

Very nice!
Positives:
Good WiFi and nice pool. Breakfast area has waffle maker and fresh milk. Front desk was polite when asked questions. Busy area do not have to go far to have dinner.
Negatives:
At age 49 not to hang out windows yelling at people late at night and no drinking in the hallways by front staff checking in to hotel. At 29 I would not be affended to be told that but I don't drink and the only time I hang out a window is if the building is on fire. Very noisy in the room from outside the building and noise from hallway. Not the best housekeeping but not totally grossed out.
