Graystone Lodge is located in South Boone. It features an indoor heated pool and rooms with complimentary WiFi access. We are currently undergoing our second round of renovations which will be complete in time for the summer of 2023. Please excuse our mess and enjoy our renovated indoor pool and guest bathrooms. We appreciate your understanding. A microwave and refrigerator come standard in each room at Graystone Lodge. A cable TV, ironing facilities, and a work desk are also provided. Each private bathroom is complete with towels, a hairdryer, and free toiletries. A business center is accessible to guests at the Graystone Lodge. A 24-hour reception and free parking are available for added guest convenience. Over priced for what you receive. Small cramped lobby, breakfast was just “fair”.
SUPER annoying was there checking policy. They wanted me to send them a front and back copy and of my DL. Via text/email. They also wanted my license plate number “before arriving”. I had sign” a looong list of things that I would NOT do and this location. Also added was a list of “add-on” costs such as early checking is $10. Late check out is $20 etc etc.
THEN the morning of check out I got a text @ and email wanting to know my “exact” check out time…. Seriously would NEVER recommend this place. Never felt so harassed and completely unwelcomed!!!!!!!!
