It was close to the military base

I traveled 5 hours to spend time with my son before deploying. There was not a lot to do in town and then we could not even enjoy the pool. The pool was closed and water was green. The hotel could have been cleaner and they don’t clean your rooms or come and change out towels. There was only one vending machine on the first floor. And every business around the hotel was shutdown. Website claims to have places to eat within walking distance

Nothing other then the pleasant smell when we checked in

Telephone didn’t work
Burners blew up and sparked twice in the middle of cooking
Toilet wouldn’t flush unless you held the handle down
Beds keep sliding away from the wall
AC sound like water splashing inside like an ocean
Keys didn’t work had to keep going to get them rekeyed at the front desk
Bathroom door keep getting hung on the kitchen tile and had to snatch it over
Kitchen floor and bedroom floor was very slippery with some kind of grease
Asked front desk to be moved and they had no more room so asked for king room and they had no king beds only a queen bed in the other rooms. Very displeased with the response
Bed spread was attached to bed fitted so you couldn’t pull it up. It was horrible

The location was perfect for what we were doing. The staff was very friendly and personable. The comfort of the room was nice.

We enjoy waking up and making our own coffee, to have to go downstairs messes up our usual morning routine. Sounds silly to some , but not to us.

Our room recently had the door kicked in by the cops. The hotel constantly smells like weed. The cleaning of the rooms is not good at all and repairs are needed everywhere. Carpet in the halls lions disgusting and there were loose tiles in the room.
