I have stayed here before. All the other stays were good. The quality has gone down drastically. This was my last stay here. I was very disappointed at how much it change for the worse.Thank you but no more visits here.
Negatives:
Bring back the quality it once had. The price is decent but the rooms have gone down. It had a stench. The hotel counter rep wasn’t very friendly and had a presence that she was ”bothered” when approached. My key card had to be reprogrammed every day.

Nothing really. It was just a place to sleep for two nights.
Negatives:
1. The sternness/rudeness of the owners/staff. Very passive aggressive. Took over an hour to check in bc I was using my husband’s card. Then the key card didn’t work!
2. The Toilet had plumbing problems, toilet was periodically not flushing and then running all the time after flushing.
3. The A/C unit makes awful loud noise every 20 seconds that is sleep disturbing.
4. The shower faucet nozzle is loose and cannot control hot/cold temps easily when trying to adjust temp.
5. No guide on how to use tv/remote. Finding channel guide/menu next to impossible.
6. A apologetic housekeeper walked in 20 min before checkout.

When I arrived at my hotel room with my one-year-old, the mirrored closet door almost hit my child as it fell partially off its hinges. There was a dark stain on the ceiling that appeared to be from a previous leak, and the outlets were questionable. The lights kept flickering because the plugs weren't secure in the outlets. My family and I arrived at 1 am and were exhausted, but we still had much to do, and we almost missed breakfast. When I arrived at the dining area, a staff member was quickly packing up the remaining food. She said that the leftover sausage links were bad, but I took them anyway, much to her displeasure. I used to enjoy spending time at the pool with my little ones until I noticed some concerning behavior from the staff, including management. I felt like I was being stalked and watched constantly, which made me feel uncomfortable and distressed, especially since I was a single mother traveling with my children. The behavior of the staff ruined my experience, and I could not shake off the feeling, which was disappointing since this was once my favorite place to relax and unwind.
