Positives:
The staff was very accommodating for our requests and extremely pleasant. The room was perfect...bed super comfortable, plenty of space...and perfectly clean. The location is perfect for walking and catching a bus to UNC campus. We will return here!
Negatives:
Cleanliness of the common area. Not having 1/2 and 1/2 for morning complimentary coffee ....only options were all sweetened coffee mate products (the staff did allow me to open a whole milk that was for sale in the cooler...which was appreciated!!)

The staff was very nice and helpful. One of the staff gave us her parking space since they didn’t have any available. The room was very clean and spacious. We got a couple of drinks at the bar, the drinks and prices were pretty good. Bartender was very patient and nice when I was indecisive with what I wanted. Liked pool and gym area very clean. Love the location, it was close to everything.
Negatives:
Not enough parking spaces for the hotel guess.
Saturday after midnight we woke up to loud banging on someone’s door, and we heard a lady screaming like she was being murder. But after that everything got quiet again.
Construction was going on while we were there. But they stopped at 5 or 6ish.
