The room was clean and quiet. I had stayed at a Canopy in DC and the air unit was so loud it woke me up at night when it turned on and off. This unit was great so I guess it speaks to who buys cheap vs putting money into the buildingthis is a good Canopy

The gym had a nice dumbbell selection and bench but I wish they had a multi use weight machine instead of TRX only.

This WAS NOT a 4 star hotel. The parking garage below the hotel has no signage, is not 24 hours, and the spaces aren't big enough to park. There was NO concierge on site. Evening and late staff were both unprofessional and unavailable.

The hotel is centrally located in South Park within walking distance to many restaurants and South Park Mall. Parking at the hotel was easy. They have an amazing bar, restaurant and great bar/restaurant staff. Would Def Return. Parking @ hotel is easy.
Negatives:
Room had some hair in shower and on bed. Floors in room could be cleaner. Didnt like that they allow pets but, wouldnt let that keep me away. No room cleaning for a 2 night stay

Good location near South Park. New hotel with very nice rooms and amenities. My husband loved the bath sheets.
Negatives:
The front desk representative was so rude at check in that my husband wanted to leave. When he spoke to the manager that night, she was indifferent. You have to pay for parking but there are inadequate parking spaces. The entrance is poorly marked so you’re not sure where to go to check in and it states ‘no parking at any time’ in the only parking area for reception. There is currently a lot of construction in the area.
