So I think the cleaning could be better the room itself wasnt what I aspected based from the pictures and even though I sprayed and wiped the room down something still bit me during my stay Saturday night during my sleep and I would love to speak with someone regarding that matter.

I booked 2 rooms for my daughter friends/family birthday. During our stay upon arrival we noticed people drinking alcohol in the parking lot and smoking marijuana & having a whole kick back outside i was afraid to get my kids out as i questioned myself was we in the hood or not. As i examined my rooms i noticed the most disturbing things ever on the mattresses and sofa bed. There was urine stains , old dirty stained mattresses, TRASH/FOOD particles in the bed as i pulled back the sheets & the room didnt give a clean fresh sent at all. If was as if the house keeper put a bandaid over the room & just put us in there not caring at all. As i reported the issues i was not offered to stay in another room nor get a refund i was told the manager would just call me on monday not to mention im not from charlotte and i like to speak face to face. I will give this room a for sure 0/10 & i will. NEVER EVER book here an again i do not recommend! Where

Beautiful, great location and a must stay.

The complimentary breakfast was great. It wasnt just cereal and waffles. The facility and the room was clean. The location was great and the staff was professional.
Negatives:
There were stains on the bed. The pull out bed didnt seem to be clean as well so a little more attention to those areas. Other than that, everything was great for the price paid.
