The room, location and people way exceeded my expectations. This was one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in. We absolutely loved the area too. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely no issues from check in to check out. The location is awesome. Centrally located to all of Charlotte. Lots of shops, Pharmacies, grocery stores within a couple of miles. The hotel was extremely quiet. It was just a really comfortable stay.

The guests would take the luggage carts and leave them in their rooms. I had to make three trips from the car to the back of the hotel with our luggage. They need to put a sign out saying return carts as soon as you're done. Very frustrating
