Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Room and bathroom was dirty when I arrived, I ended up having to clean the room myself. They have roaches. And Hispanics hang out in the hallways all night. Very Noisy, and the hallways smell really bad like dog pee and feces

The exit door use a door to go to the next floor and almost every minute banging. The breakfast is just a coffee. And please exterminate some small roaches and bugs right at the kitchen area.

After checking in. I get tothe room only to find it was not what I booked. When I went to the front desk I was told the manager made the changes due to a company booking the rooms. As I was standing there another customer whom had been staying there the day before was asking why did they remove his items out of his room to accommodate someone else without discussing it with him. I to asked why I wasn’t notified of changes to my reservation. After about waiting 30-45 minutes and the staff making 2 calls the manager. I got the room I had originally booked. The staff was friendly but this hotel had nothing to offer customers. I asked for blankets and was told they were out. They no ice machine and was told that I could get some from the Burger King or the convenient mark down the street. I asked for cups or glasses and was told they had none but she did find me 2.

The water keeps going out and the internet!! For over $--- a night u would think I would be able to take a shower without having to continuously call front desk!! I have been staying a few months and this is a continuous problem
