Breakfast was very good.
I selected hotel due to it's location and proximity to venue I was visiting in the area
Negatives:
It was reported to me by other guests that there had been a series of car break in the previous evening.
When I enquired regarding security the staff member, who had not been working the night of the incidents, informed he was the sole staff on reception an the car park had no security cameras etc.

About 7 cars were broken in overnight in front of the hotel entrance. All broken windows and searched inside. Apparently this happened a few times over the last few weeks and no notices or security cameras to protect customers. Unacceptable!

Waited at the front desk for while. When someone finally arrived we were greeted with not "Hello" or "welcome" but " I need id and a credit card". The associate continued to be short and condescending throughout the interaction.

Had booked identical rooms but one room was vastly larger than the other that could fit two twin beds. The other room had barrow walk way and was very tight for three adults.

1) Front desk receptionist attitude is poor and not helpful - lack of passion on the job.
2) Housekeeping is very poor - room is not clean on a daily basis
3) No free water drink unless you ask

This hotel exceeded my expectations. My room was so nice. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Quiet. By my being a solo female traveler, I felt pretty safe with that added security lock feature. The staff was so nice and pleasant. Amie and Christina, both ladies, were so sweet and nice. Keep a smile. The breakfast was very good. They provided coffee around the clock. Big plus for me. This hotel was very affordable for my weekend budget. It's within miles of plenty of eateries and shopping. I will definitely be back and recommend it. Great for a 2eekend getaway.
