The Hyatt used to be top of the line. Now it's just like best western. No dishes, toilet didn't flush, no sheet on the pull out..ashes on the bed... got moved to another room and that was slightly better..there was no bar.. No restaurant. Not your typica

Everything. When I got there, no one was at the desk. I waited 10 minutes until someone came to help me check in. After "rebooting the computer twice" and 20 minutes later, I had my key card. This hotel is super sketchy and extremely loud.

Yes the elevator was not working properly the hall was nasty and it needed to be upgraded the room was in need of paint and the bathroom had mildew.

Called for shuttle at 9:30pm waited for 45 minutes, called back and was informed the shuttle stops airport pickups at 10pm and I would have to catch a Uber which was $60 from the airport

Hotel employee provided great customer service at check in! She was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The rooms far exceeded my expectations. They were clean, the beds were very comfortable and the room came equipped with everything you could possibly need.

The only negative thing I could possibly say, is that during the trip the ice machine was down.

The hotel security was bad. The room was fairly clean. I don't think it had been vacuumed in months. The hotel was very run down.

The outside appearance was a 2star. They only had one elevator ; the other elevator was out of order. The carpet in the room had red/ blood stains. The overall condition of the room seemed old/outdated. My teen did like any of the breakfast selections.
