Did not get the room I reserved. The Accessible room was on the FIFTH FLOOR...at the END of the hall...furthest from the elevator! They were under construction but I was not informed. There was NO phone in the room. I reserved two queens, but got a king with pull out sofa. Sofa was NOT pull out. I requested a roll away bed. I was brought a baby's pack and play.
NOT happy with this stay.
