After the hotel, not having access to their system, all weekend and constantly not being able to get into my room and being late to events, because of not having access to my room, the hotel did not want to compensate us for the inconvenience.

I stayed one night. I checked in real late. I went straight to bed so I didn't check anything like I do( my mistake that will never happen again) when I woke up. There was dried up blood in the dirty sheets. I called the main desk to tell them. The supervisor and head cleaning lady come to my room to check it out. Upon inspection, they realized someone put dirty sheets on my bed. Needless to say I was Pissed!!!!!! They assured me it's was a mistake and it wouldn't happen again. I was also told I would get a free stay the next time I stayed. I returned a few weeks later to redeem my free night just to be told they couldn't do that but they could upgrade me to suite that I still had to pay for. Never again will I stay there. I have pictures of the sheets. Go over to Google review to see them.
