Positives: I love the price and the setup of the rooms. I felt like I paid BIG money to get that room. My wife was amazed. I also love the room setup, TV at the end of the bed, beautifully put together.

Negatives: I didn't like that I was unable to request extra pillows, I also didn't like the many times I call to front desk throughout the day, and no one answers even when there some just sitting at desk.
