The hotel staff was super nice and helpful and the breakfast variety was awesome.

In the dining area, the trash cans were not attended to very well and there wasn't specific places to place non disposable dishes. You had to take them to the kitchen. Neither were major things and I would still recommend this hotel.

We had issues with the first friend they put us in and the second room they put us in they promptly corrected the situation without even being asked to be moved they upgraded us to a two bedroom suite they were the nicest prompted people I have ever dealt

The only thing that we were not fond of was that they turned the heater to the pool off at a certain time so if you're going close to the pool closing time it's freezing cold

Great location to be close to the highway to access sites. Loved the hot tub. Staff was nice. Hotel has great amenities IF they are available. Corporate was blamed for not listening to staff concerns. Called corporate to ask for help. Social hr was great!

The building is massive and trying to find my way to the office and then back to the room was not easy. I was on the 3rd floor and the elevators were on a different hallway. I got lost twice trying to find my room. The room was ok but the rest of the facility is outdated and felt dirty. For 170.00 on a Tuesday night it should have been better.
