When I was checking out they wouldn't return my deposit saying that I smoked in the room but I definitely did not smoke in there and they refused to give me my pet deposit back also and the puppy made no mess didn't even pee in the floor

Distance from the sports venue, this hotel was very close.
Negatives:
Beds were terrible. Loud and made popping noises. Hotel was run down. Room was dirty, floor was sticky. The towels were stained, heavily overused and had some holes. Same with the bedding. You could hear every door close. We had to purchase towels and blankets just to spend the night. Check in staff didn't even say Hello, just "Your ID". Stay was so bad we had to spend a lot more money and change to a different hotel.

location--close to interstate 40, library, shopping price--lower than other nearby hotels comfortable bed ability to adjust temperature in room and the ac unit was quiet

strong odor of bleach in facility from 2 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. there were multiple slammings of a door. Possibly the staff stocking the breakfast area?

comfortable bed; wifi; microwave, refrigerator; ability to control temperature. Breakfast was ok and was kept stocked; coffee at breakfast was pretty good
Negatives:
Strong odor of bleach in the facility; some hair left in tub/shower from previous occupant(s); lack of expected amenities--lotion; only one tiny bar of soap--why not one for shower? for 30 minutes from 2 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. there someone was slamming doors--at least 10-15 times. Possibly staff.
