Everything was clean and neat and just what I needed for my stay.

The breakfast was lacking some diversity and protein, just a bunch of bread, bagels, small muffins, and waffles. No meat or more robust options.

Cleanliness both inside the room and the environment outside around the facility.
Negatives:
The on duty cashier was very rude and hostile. He stated there was a sign on the vending machine and I tried to explain to him there was no sign. In order to be polite I made x3 trips to the machine. End result I ended up calling the company that owned the machine to explain my experience and loss and the owner ask to speak with the cashier on duty but the cashier told me he didn’t have to talk to the owner.

Nothing, rude and I reserved 2 rooms for my family to go for spring break activities and they had us on two separate sides away from each other. I asked why because they had so many vacant rooms and I asked why and they were rude and told us to find another place in the middle of the night with 3 kids. Never will I go back to this place. The roof was caving in the room. The outside area's had broken blocks and missing paint , no towels and the breakfast was yogurt and cereal and waffle that were watered down and minimum table to eat at as well.
