Negatives: The staff upon checking in was extremely rude and made unsavory remarks and had standoffish body language towards me. The room itself was perfect but the cleanliness of the room was far from acceptable.

Negatives: One of the dirtiest hotels where I stayed. AC units were incredibly loud; The bedroom was dirty - mold and dust everywhere, as if nobody had ever cleaned it; The lights in the sink didn't work; Even the microwave didn't have a plate (which is surprising, considering they take a $100 security deposit during check-in)

Negatives: The staff are nice and the location is good but The bed was dirty and stained and the sheet was wet no way some one change the bed sheets and pillows in this Covid-19 time I will never book at that place . Next time I will pay more money for clean hotels .

Positives: The easy access to interstate and several restaurants.
Negatives: When I walked in to register, I was met with a desk clerk/ manager who was very combative. After my credit card had been run, I mentioned Id been charged twice for damage deposit a few days earlier and had problems contacting anyone at Red Roof to correct the issue. She blew up at me! Demanding I prove Id been charged twice. She wants to see it on my credit card statement. I said, Hey, just void my transaction and Ill go someplace else. She refused to void the transaction!! But, offered to wave the damage deposit , as long as I sign a form ( I travel with a service dog). Ok. Then I asked if there was going to be a problem in the morning when I come for breakfast. Ill have my dog with me, and the last time they tried to refuse access. Things went well until I asked for a paper copy of my bill- The same manager/desk clerk. She was forcefully placing papers and pens etc. she hit the stapler so hard I thought she cracked the counter top. And basically flung the receipt at me. I said, Thank you. And left. Will I refer anyone to that place?? No chance!!

Positives: Easy access from interstate, and several restaurants.
Negatives: I travel with a service dog and provide all necessary documentation when needed. The morning of July 27th I entered the lobby on the way for breakfast with my dog. I was stopped by person at the desk and told he could not go into the cafe. I explained he is a service animal. He flies with me, goes into restaurants, bathrooms etc. After several argumentative remarks by the desk clerk, and showed her proof, I finally told her it was illegal to try and keep my service dog away from me. Then proceed to breakfast. The next day I noticed double damage deposit charged to my account- one on the 26th the other on the 27th. After several days trying to contact someone, leaving phone messages and text messages it was corrected, but it had been a concern.
