Positives: When the room they assigned me was not clean, they changed my room and gave me a discount.
Negatives: The room assigned was obviously not cleaned. They gave me another room but that room did not have a remote for the TV. The room did not have a phone either. There were no cups for the coffee machine and turning the bathroom light off would also turn the microwave off. The hotel in general didn't appear that clean and the lights and drawers looked pretty beat up.

Positives: I only interacted with one employee. The individual who checked me in. He was wonderfully pleasant and Helpful
Negatives: Dead bugs, including a roach, in bedside drawer. They left A quarter roll of toilet paper from the previous guests in the bathroom. Additionally the smoke detector was detached from the wall. The implication is what truly concerned me as these were things immediately observed so I can't imagine housekeeping thoroughly Or even half cleaned my room. Honestly, it was just an old and dirty. I was stranded and truly this was the only option I had. I will say I searched every inch of the sheets and pillows was confident at least these were clean This, and my emergent situation, is why is the only reason I stayed.

Positives: There was nothing we liked about this hotel
Negatives: There was blood on the carpet, cigarette holes on the sheets, no blanket was offered- only a thin sheet. The AC unit was physically covered in mold as was the walls and bath tub. There were cockroaches crawling all over and homeless sleeping in brokenroom
