entered the room to find holes in the wall, sheets and bedspread. bathroom dirty, room dark and only one bedside light worked. Smelled awful. We were there for maybe 15 minutes and called the front desk and said that we were leaving and wanted a refund and was told that since we had booked thru a booking agency that they would be responsible for refund although we actually paid them. They were very uncooperative. We called the booking agency the next day and they were wonderful and they contacted the Econolodge and surprise no one answered the phone. We filed a complaint and we will see what happens, gave them an awful review.

Better bed sheets, better air conditioner/ heater, better breakfast. Provide shower essentials. Asked for extra pillows and blankets and was told there were none.

Bed was comfortable. Mostly clean. The heat was on when I got in the room.
Negatives:
Pillows were kind of thin. The dials on the ac/heat were worn so it was hard to see what the setting was and I guess housekeeping had left the heat on high, so it was very hot and stifling in the room. I also did not like the 100 dollar cash deposit and I had to go out and find an ATM to get cash because I rarely keep cash on me,
