The place hasn't been cleaned in ages. Old food on the tables and floor, dust and dirt everywhere, sticky and dirty floors. Beds looked like someone died on them. Sheets dirty. One guest found Crack in her room and told everyone about it.

It was located near the area we needed to be. The bed was firm, though smaller than advertised. Did not find any bedbugs or rats and only modest filth in the bathroom grout. Our room wasn't burglarized, despite loud knocking on doors up and down the hallway at all times of day. Noisy HVAC helped drown out some of the noise from the hallway, despite not cooling or heating the room very well. Our car wasn't burglarized, despite vagrants lounging about the parking lot, apparently conducting various business transactions, at all times of day and night. The security door was consistently propped conveniently open when we were carrying heavy items. Most of the time our room keys worked properly. We never lost power. We were not bombed or subjected to other violence.
Negatives:
Ad mispresented hotel on many points. Promised a queen bed, got a double. Promised a coffee maker in every room, but there weren't enough available. Noisy from hallways night and day, including from staff. Staff was unable or unwilling to deal with issues. Room had an unpleasant smell. HVAC was loud and ineffective during a week when temperature swings required both heat and air at times. Layout was cramped for an extended stay, with wobbly dining table/desk positioned too close to fridge and bathroom sink squeezed against closet. Possibly would have worked OK for one person, but not great for two.
