Positives:
.The staff and location were superb. The person at the desk responded to each of our needs promptly and apologetically. The bed was comfortable, and parking was convenient. The bathroom was clean and spacious. It was too cold for the pool, but the view from the pool area was terrific.
Negatives:
I think the room was too expensive, given that it had no windows. The furniture appeared tired, and the lighting was scant for an inside room. On arrival, I noticed the television was turned on, but there was no remote to turn it off. Furthermore, there were no bath towels available. Although the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, the absence of basic amenities and the room's overall atmosphere failed to meet the usual standards of a Hyatt hotel. For the price, at least a coffee and muffin should have been included.

Positives:
It was unique and corky. We were on the level that overlooked the pool and there was a little couch to sit on and enjoy my coffee.
The staff was friendly.

The pool deck was closed and there was nothing posted on their website.

Positives:
We were on the third floor (recommended) right beside the pool….. you park in the garage on the level your room is on, for example I parked the SUV on the third floor of the garage and walked directly inside to our room 318! Phenomenal want to stay at a hotel! The beds were so comfortable and the staff just smiled and smiled

Great location, just a short walk to DPAC and Carolina Theatre. Friendly ,helpful, and accommodating staff. Great lobby area. Nice having a restaurant and bar on location. Nice having the parking on each floor, making unloading/loading a breeze. Loved the artwork in and around the hotel.
Clean and comfortable beds.
Negatives:
No microwaves in rooms, small refrigerators. People/staff were loud around the pool area in the morning, considering check out was at noon.
