I booked and paid 4 months ahead. When I showed up. They said no room is available and dont care how you are going to find different place to stay. I got a full marathon to run next morning and couldn find any place to stay nearby but 1 hour away.

Front desk was not there for about 10 minutes. TV didnt work ever. Staff acted like they didnt care and it was never fixed. The noise level all night was bad

The hotel smelled really bad. It was a lingering smell of cigarettes. The hotel washcloths and towels had stains on it and the bathroom smelled like straight bleach. Sheets & covers had cigarette holes. I was unable to receive a refund. Worst experience!!

Checked in online got my room then when I got to the hotel they gave me the only room without a TV then when I said something about it he told me to leave without my money and it was a holiday weekend.
Negatives:
The toilet seat had dried feces on it, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the vanity light was burned out, other guests were loud in the early morning hours, kids in reception area, and there was no breakfast as described in the listing.
