The only thing I like about you hotel was it wasn't too far from my location

The first thing I would say is that Ihan the dest manager was extremely rude and treated people as though we were derelicts on the street if it wasn't everybody I guess it was directed at me. Secondly the room that I was offered was not the room I got. The floor was wet and there were dead roaches on the floor in the bathroom. On the second day that I stayed I was away from my room someone came in and went through my things I was not very happy with that at all.. I've been in seven hotels in the last 14 days and I can honestly say this hotel was the absolute worst I've ever been in if I could give this particular days inn a zero I would. The only saving grace was the old man who worked at the desk he showed kindness and compassion he exhibited good customer service.

The staff were great! The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to find a hotel with a roll in shower since those are very difficult to find.
Negatives:
The only issue we had was, there was a lot of noise at night outside. Loud cars and music, lots of people walking by our room and at one point, someone banged on our door and window late at night and there was the appearance and smell of drugs. It was a shame because the hotel is very nice.

Positives:
Had many food choices within a 5 minute drive. One of the few hotels that still has smoking rooms thankfully. Staff was polite at check in. For the most part the room was nice and clean. Had a spacious shower with hot water that lasted longer than 10 minutes. I would stay again.
Negatives:
Couldn't get a later check out time even when I offered to pay extra for it.
It is right by a heavy traffic area so u can hear the traffic in the morning.

Once again our stay was exceptional. They were very kind and understanding. Check out was at 11 however my husband had a flat tire on the way back to get us and they allowed us to stay a little longer until he got there with no issues.
