Positives:
Carpets were disgusting. Provided glasses had lip stains on them. Pillows were non-existent, old, and worn. We asked for a crib and were told three times it was on its way but it never arrived. Trash cans were overflowing. We booked because of the reviews, but our experience couldn’t have been further from the reviews.
