The staff was the only thing we liked. She was so nice and helpful. Wish I could remember her name.

Where to start. First we get a room. Tv doesn’t work, there was a phone in the drawer but not cord. 1 lamp was broken. Other lamp has food stains. The room beside us had their door open when we arrived. I got high walking to our room. The nice lady at the desk moved us to another room. Everything worked but to us the bed looked sketchy. Slept on the couch.

My room was infested with bedbugs and roaches! I went to the front to see about changing rooms and they refuse to change my room. I cannot stay in it! I tried to sleep in the lobby and they will not allow me to do so either! By far the worst experience I ever had with dealing with a hotel. I have pictures supporting this issue.

The room was supposed to be a pet friendly, and the rug smelled like urine. There were cobwebs and dead spiders on the corner of the windows. One of the bed the sheets had urine stains on it? The toilet didn’t work without a plunger.

not a thing went well, and the customer sservice was just awful

i was supposed to get a non smoking room. when i opened the door i almost passed out from the smell of smoke. there were hairs on the bed that were not mine. I left the hotel at 3 am i never took off my shoes that is how dirty the room was. I asked for another room and was told there were no more pet rooms. Sure as I think the hotel was being used as a welfare hotel with tons of people walking around with huge laundry baskets. I have been a club memeber of Best western for 34 yrs. I will NEVER set foot in another one of your hotels again. I am still fighting to have the charge of $15 removed.
