Comfort Inn & Suites Fuquay Varina

Negatives: Tried to cancel my booking and never received a response from the owner. Tried contacting them multiple times over 3 months.

Negatives: This is my second stay at this hotel. I don’t like the automatic check out. I would have like to have the choice to use A different credit card for the room as the deposit.

Negatives: We had to fight with the thermostat to get it to work. And the shower was terrible, barely any water pressure. Also - make sure you bring your own shampoo, soap, etc. And unfortunately, there is a train nearby that wakes you up when it passes.

Negatives: the property is clean but very run down.

Negatives: Morning desk guy accused my spanish guys of stealing breakfast. Racial profiling. Funny being that he was black. Told him we have 2 rooms and he was rude and wanted proof. Will never stay there again.

Negatives: Front desk acted like I was interrupting his playing on the computer to check in. Hotel was nearly empty but they put me across the hall from a room they knew was being completely gutted and renovated so I had 5-6 laborers right outside my door at 7 am working. Bathroom had soap from the last person left in the soap dish and mildew in the shower.

Negatives: Room was cleaned Thanksgiving and the day after, but not Saturday, and no explanation was ever given as to when they clean. Our room could definitely use an upgrade. The bathroom looked brand new, but at the expense of the rest of the room. Please add a towel bar in the bathroom, the hook on the back of the door was insufficient. Also, please add a grab rail to the shower/tub; it's just safer. I would also recommend firmer matresses, furniture repairs (the cupboard the fridge was in didn't shut, the stuffed chair was tilted at an odd angle, and the carpet was torn). There were plenty of electrical outlets, but two on the night table lamp didn't work. You need to use your room key to enter the building at night. The hotel was clean and bug free, but the towels and sheets and blanket were all stained. Super unpleasant, and something I've never seen before. Either use more bleach or throw them out. The hotel was in a super convenient location and for that reason alone we would go back, but they definitely need to spiff up the rooms a bit and fix the saggy mattresses.

Negatives: Breakfast was okay. The didn't have any milk for cereal the first 2 days we were there. Didn't get any maid service for most of the stay.

Negatives: There was no guest computer room
