Positives:
The hotel room was quite dirty, the floors hadnt been cleaned at all, I didnt feel clean using the shower which made us wonder if the sheets/bedding had even been washed - we slept on top of the bedding to be safe(r) and used our own blankets/pillows. Unfortunately we had no choice but to stay due to traveling with 2 cats.

The housekeeper, Sandra, was wonderful, helpful and tried to overcome the fact that she wasn't given a decent mop for the floors which were dusted but not washed.
Negatives:
I needed a room specific to having some physical disabilities, and they had nothing available for me, when I arrived, exactly at the time I said I would. If I was more challenged than I am, I would have had to sleep in the car. I practically needed a ladder to get into the tall bed, almost broke my neck getting in and out of the high walled tub in order to shower. The commode was low to the ground.. and btw, we are both senior citizens. The policy of over booking the limited rooms for vulnerable people is reprehensible and endemic. On the road now for 8 days, I am now in the 4th hotel, with the same situation. I am sure it is the fault of management, not the clerks and housekeepers left to be "sorry for the inconvenience".
It was on the first floor as requested, and we were able to pull up to the door to the room.

Staff was very nice. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. I would stay there again and recommend to others

When we got there there was hair and bugs in the tub then no power on one side of the wall phone was not even plugged in no cords and buttons were missing found a huge cockroach near door then when I was gonna shower we only had 2 big towels if my reservation said a party of 4 people when I asked for more towels I got them but was told rooms are only allowed 2

Pet friendly with 2 pets per room allowed with a $10 fee. Super affordable. Decent breakfast spread for a cheap hotel.
Negatives:
Room we got was not clean, and beds were slept in with the trash left by the previous tenant. We got there late at night, so there was no excuse for this, however the front lady was rather quick to get us a new room that was clean and tidy. She was very apologetic. Major props and two thumbs up to her!
