The staff was pleasantly helpful and polite. The room was an oasis with both spotless and cozy feeling. Modern bathroom features allowed me to fell comfortable while the classic decor of the room allowed me to rest easily.

Much of the hotel was under construction so it seemed like they should have just been closed. Our bathroom was not very clean and had obvious cracks that were glued in the sink bowl. There were roaches in the room and bathroom as well. Would not return.

I'm not sure how this hotel has ever been a 3 1/2 star hotel. But despite it being old and rundown, it's not even been cleaned. We've had all these issues (1) hair in the bathroom (2) stains on the sheet (3) room really smells (4) breakfast not available.

Experience at check in was so bad we did not stay. Demanded and received refund and went elsewhere. Property was under rehab, staff attempted to put us in an occupied room, awful odor, strange people roaming the hallways, property was dirty litter in the stairwell, stairs sticky and overall property was not fit for habitation.
