The bed was comfortable. The rooms were clean. Some of the staff was friendly.
Negatives:
We had a party of 6 and we had to keep asking for towels and wash rags. The lady serving the breakfast wasn't very friendly. The breakfast was ok but they didn't stock it very well. One day they were out of pancakes the next day they were out of chocolate milk.

The location is good and the Manager ( a Lady) did her best to compliment the insult from one of the kitchen staff
Negatives:
Brake fast was included in my booking, so the second morning I went down to the restaurant to have my meal, when i got there, there were few egg hamlet left, and the lady at the kitchen brought fresh one, so I waited for her to put it down so I can take some. lo and behold the kitchen lady refused and she commanded me to take the leftover, and she simply retuned the egg hamlets back into the kitchen. I then said to her that I will have to report you to your manager, and she said" go now, that there is so much job vacancy around here, that if she is sacked she will get another job" I was shock to hear that.
I reported to the manager and she promised to deal with it.
honestly, I have never experience such attitude from any Hotel staff in the world.
