Night staff was terrible. the only good staff was the 1st shift lady in the morning/day time, the rooms were not clean to my liking, housekeeping did not come to the room to clean the 2days we was there, no good breakfast

The staff and management at this particular location and other “individually franchise owned” red roof Hotels in the area are terrible.
Not only does it all always take more than a week for the charges to be taken out of my account. I usually am charged more than quoted on booking or any other site. AND- this particular time I was double charged not to mention all verbally assaulted and abused by this morning desk messenger on more than one occasion. This makes me completely hate the thought of staying at any red roof or 2 to 3 star hotel for that matter. I am utterly disappointed and I hope that booking can if red roof cannot accommodate me for my inconvenience as stated I have been charged twice for a one night day, because of a rude and unprofessional unperson desk clerk with too much power!
