This was about the worst experience I have had in a long time. Started with the staff looking like something from a 80s show in track suits and t shirts. Room was dirty. TV remote would not work correctly unless you held your breath right. Water was cold

There was a dead bug in my ice bucket. Then I found a bed bug crawling on my pillow. I immediately took a picture of the bed bug, killed it with a napkin, then alerted the front desk. Management called me a liar and told me to leave
