It was convenient for the one night I stayed there. I like the $20 a night incidental fees. You can check in later as well. I like that check out is at noon. Most hotels is 11am. And I like the fireplace in the suite! The shower pressure was nice. The bed was comfortable and clean! I checked checked! The kitchen area was very useful!
Negatives:
It had a bad smell like moldy or they’re not using good cleaning supplies. The walls were dirty. The rooms could definitely use a refresher. But honestly compared to the other reviews from other hotels in that area it was the best one reviewed. I wasn’t entirely disappointed with my stay I would just like it to smell better and a fresh coat of paint!

Bathroom door wouldn’t close unless you pick up on it.
Room wasn’t completely vacuum.
Kitchen light was not working.
Asked for an extra wash cloth for the next day, wasn’t any available but 1. Tried to let housekeeping staff know that we needed clean towels and wash cloths she told us to get it from the front desk and we put the used ones outside the door and it took all night for them to be picked up.

The best part of this stay was the staff and their service. They were friendly, helpful, and Always cordial! Breakfast was high quality and kept fresh. A guest complained about the noise made by some of my party, and my family was moved to another room. The best part of this was 1. There was no additional charge to us, and 2. The room was larger! Very nice.

There were a lot of light bulbs burned out, and switches that weren't marked.

The property was great .. very great location and 100% better than the last hotel I stayed when I came to visit family months ago
Oh and the lobby smelled amazing

Me and my family were put into a very inconvenient situation with a nearby hotel that was so unreasonable that we ended up having to cancel that booking which left us low on time and in a tough position. Residence Inn accommodated us, getting us in a room immediately for a better price and better quality. Due to this we were able to have an amazing time attending the event we came to Greenville for, with enough time to get ready.
