switched rooms 4 times, no handicapped rooms available on the 1st floor so the staff said, parking lot was less than 50% occupied. Doors not closing, need to be lifted, and Roaches, Roaches and more Roaches in 3 Rooms, staff kept on switching rooms.

There is nothing to like. The room smelt like stale cigarettes. The beds had stains all over them. I had to clean the room with lysol spray and wipes. My kids feet were black from walking on the floor. Drug deals happening outside our door.

The outlet next to sink didn't work, the faucet was loose from the counter, the pillows were too firm the mattress was very uncomfortable, the sheets were threadbare in spots, had to get new batteries for TV remote, toilet ran all night long.

The Wi-Fi was down as usual. Stop employing racketeering criminals. Get the pull up and running or close it down. They only spruce up some of the rooms and then its like the left completely with a film on everything. Specially the floor.

I feel like the breakfast should be served with individually served milk. No one should be expected to pour from one jug. The Wi-Fi is always having problems. I have housekeeping please make sure that they get the film off the floor before turning the room vacant ready.

The pool was great and was open very early until late at night.

The manager on duty was bossy and rude and I didn't like the way she spoke to me or her employees. Breakfast options were pretty good, but the only thing you could get hot was a waffle you make yourself. There were eggs and sausages in a warmer that did not keep them warm. Housekeeping staff was great, very friendly and accommodating.

Paid $100 deposit upon check-in, and we ultimately decided to stay an extra day and the manager insisted that I be charged another deposit, which is refundable but takes 3-5 business days and I already paid one, so the 2nd was totally unnecessary. She rolled her eyes and acted like I was bothering her when I disputed it.
